What is The Collectiv Community all about?
The Collectiv Community is a powerful group and network of sales professionals who are pushing each other to the next level. And that next level is sometimes hard to define. But what we know is that most sales pros do not want to be earning commissions only from their own efforts 100% of the time.
They know that there is a better way to build other streams of income and build a legacy from the skills they have. And that's what The Collectiv Community brings, a place to be supported, share knowledge and be pushed outside your comfort zone.
At the time of writing this, November 2024, our membership is open to experienced sales professionals who are ambitious and are asking themselves what the next step is from 'just selling'. Our community, unfortunately is not for inexperienced sales people or those who are new to the industry.

We have high expectations of our members. As your small group rely on each other's input, it's important to engage and treat any calls and meetings together with the utmost priority.
Imagine that these monthly meetings are like your personal advisory board meetings where you get to trouble shoot, collaborate and at times connect to potential partners, so it's requirement that you engage.As a member, your contribution and engagement in the community will get you seen and known. This is where opportunities will come from.
There is tremendous value in coaching programs. Being part of this community shouldn't stop you from being part of those things. The main difference it the curated nature of our groups and the tight knit facilitation during calls. Our community is not a program or a coaching community, but rather is a peer to peer led group.
Our members are sales leaders, industry leaders and have the willingness to think big. They a few obstacles in what opportunities and collaborations they can explore, but has the skills they can leverage to go to the next level.
