Sales Closer - Health and Wellness Industry
Looking For A Full-time Remote Salesperson
Experience is necessary - AUS or US Based.
This is for a role in the online health & wellness space and we're looking for our next part-time or full-time remote sales person.
About the Business:
Australian owned health and wellness company since 2015 and has done just north of $27 million in sales in over 4.5 years.
About the role:
We sell into Australia and the United States. You will be trained to be a multifaceted sales professional with roles and responsibilities including inbound sales calls, and some outbound calls to manage your pipeline.
The position requires you to work some evenings and at least one day every other weekend.
You will be expected to learn their sales process, largely built on NEPQ.
All discovery calls will be made over zoom and other outbound calls performed over the phone.
Target audience:
The average age of our members is around 55, that said we market to people from 40-80 years of age.
Marketing info:
Currently spend 50k-60k per week on paid ads via meta, about to launch ads on Google.
The Offer:
Ranges from 5k to 10k per client. Finance is also available for clients.
Team performance:
The team has produced on average over the last 3 months 600k+ in cash collected, with 750K+ is gross sales.
Previously were doing 1 million dollar months, there is some improving to do.
Current team:
Currently 7 closers.
Each closer is expected to commit full time, this is not a ‘side hustle’ rather it’s a career opportunity.
Expect full time performers to be around 8k-10k per month. $15k + if you're maintaining good conversions.

Coachable and willing to take on feedback and put in the work necessary to develop their skills.
A team player and be willing to bring something unique to the table that adds value to the tribe.
Extremely reliable and can operate with integrity.
Also:
We are looking for autonomous workers, not people we need to micromanage.
This is not an environment for half hearted people.
You will not be spoon fed or begged to study and improve your craft.
