As a Closer at VGS, you’ll be alongside 15+ other growth-oriented salespeople who are dedicated to doing what’s required to rise to the top of the leaderboards. We’re looking for someone committed to showing up with a positive mindset, going the extra mile to reach and exceed their benchmark KPIs, and welcomes feedback daily.

Offer details below:

Transcription Business Coaching - B2C

Helping people escape the 9-5 and create their own transcription business

Offer - $9k-12k USD

Compensation: 10% on cash collected from deals you close (plus PIF bonuses)

Here is what the role entails:

• Confirm and close calls that are booked directly to your calendar

• Follow up with leads that don’t close

• Communication with leadership and marketing quality, outcomes, and between call notes

• Outbound dial leads when you have a no-show or cancel

• Manage SMS conversations with leads

Expectations:

• Availability for 5-8 calls a day 

• Hit KPI’s 

• Attend company huddles and training

• Be open to continuous growth and learning

• Be a team player that gives back

• Giving feedback to marketing

• Must have good grammar and punctuation skills
