Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years experience in sales, business leadership, and personal development

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passionate about personal growth and helping others

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work

  • Ability to provide supportive yet direct leadership

Requirements

  • Remote work capability

  • Proficiency in Google Apps, Zoom, Slack, Asana

  • Monday - Friday 8am-5pm availability PST (potential weekend events)

Compensation

  • $120K+ in commission
