Current monthly revenue = 250k
The goal for 2025 is to get to 1 mil per month by the end of the year

This role is all about leading and coaching our incredible team of setters and closers, refining our sales strategies, and driving meaningful results. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and our CEO, making this a key role in shaping SHE-com’s future growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading with Clarity: Run daily check-ins and weekly meetings with our sales team to keep everyone aligned and thriving.
Driving Results: Oversee and guide our team of setters and closers to keep their focus sharp and performance high.
Optimising the Funnel: Take our proven sales process and fine-tune it for even better conversions, from lead opt-in to signed agreements.
Building the Team: Recruit, onboard, and train top-tier talent as we grow, creating a team that is as ambitious as you are.
Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and member success to ensure our sales strategies align with SHE-com’s bigger goals.
Expanding Globally: Be at the forefront of SHE-com’s growth in Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.
